All orders are generally shipped out 3-5 business days from time of order

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

We also accept exchanges for 60 days from the shipping date.

All orders get FREE shipping. This shall be a regular trackable service.

In the US we use all the big four couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS) - it usually depends where you live as to which service we use as we try and allocate the most efficient service to each shipment.   These usually are ground shipments that can take approx. 5-10 days.

Federal holidays are usually not counted and, depending where you live, Saturdays may not be classified as a work day.  Sundays are never classified as a work day.

Our FREE shipping usually takes 5-10 business days.

All orders are sent from our warehouse in the USA.

Orders sent outside of the USA may be subject to additional duties at the discretion of the local customs agency. This is beyond our control and we cannot offer advice on the possible charges to be incurred.

However, our experience shows that our customers do not generally get charged duties.
