If you wish to do a return please just go our email portal which should still work. The issue is that you may not get email confirmations. Please don't worry if you process the return it shall be dealt with

We have been lucky to have unprecedented sales this month, however with that comes a larger return volume, we are fortunate that we have one of the lowest return percentages in the industry but it does takes time to process these. We are currently trying to process within 15-20 business days of receiving. Please be patient. Your return may of been processed however, due the the email issue you may not receive a notification.
